You cannot use FlatModifier with the selector of inline-dc to increase a DC made with a resolve()

@Check[basic:true|type:reflex|dc:resolve(@actor.attributes.classDC.value)] // Unaffected

@Check[basic:true|type:reflex|dc:10] // Affected
