Hurl at the Horizon doesn't add throw range to Ikon

As the title says, I've tried adding Hurl at the Horizon to Shadow Sheath loaded with a dagger and Barrow Blade dagger and it doesn't increase the throw range.

I will have time to check this soon, but in the meantime, keep in mind that for weapons that already have the thrown trait, all the system does is append a note to ranged attack rolls with it stating that the range is increased. It doesn't actually increase the range of the weapon, as we have no way of increasing thrown-N by a set amount.
