Fog Registry

Hello @tokengeek, @geemus, @plribeiro3000 !

What is the status of the fog provider registry implementation? Need help? Should I take a crack at it? Fog::Rackspace has some very long standing issues that need to be squashed and I need to significantly refactor our code.

I'd be happy to help on this front any way I can.
