We would like to migrate to SDL3: OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2#23682

This is not a very high priority at this moment, as there are a lot of systems that need updating and we need to figure out how to distribute it.

Thanks for the notice!

That should not be a problem for the Flatpak. The Freedesktop runtime doesn't ship SDL3 yet, but we can bundle it with OpenRCT2. I'll do some testing whenever there's code available.
