It's a niche use case admittedly but it would be nice if we could let the user define a lens model (or create one from a particle distribution) and hand it to a method along with some spatial information to lens a galaxy image.

I'm not sure about the specifics but mock galaxy lensing is done so shouldn't be too hard to implement.
