Simplify master file creation

There are currently 5-6 scripts for generating master files, depending on what properties you want. It would make it simpler if there was a single file, with options for choosing what properties you wanted.

I'm not sure how simple this is given that the particle extraction and photometry generation are quite computationally intensive. However, I can envision a script that asks you a load of questions, then generates a SLURM script you can submit and it will go away and generate the file for you.

e.g.

# Do you want particles? (yes/no)
> yes
# Do you want to generate photometry? (yes/no)
> yes
# Select which SPS models 

etc. etc.
