Github F2A code wrong

At first, I used Authy to review the F2A code. A few days ago, I initialized all of my hard disks because my new motherboard couldn't identify them. Now, when I try to log into my GitHub account, the F2A blocks me. After I downloaded Authy again, it said, "The device does not meet the minimum integrity requirements," so I can't use it. Then I found this app. But when I use the code obtained from it, GitHub says it is wrong.Who can solve it,or recommand me a new one that support both Windows and Android？
