Should have a new view/component for admin users to view helpRequests docs.

Basic features:

  • New NavBar.jsx icon
  • HelpRequsts component with table of requests
  • HelpRequestsModal component on click of table row.
  • Modal displays all helpRequests fields.
  • Open email client (Gmail) on click of submitter's email .

Basics first, enhanced features we will discuss later.

Enhanced features:

  • Respond to the user who submitted the help request in the dashboard.
    • Modal includes text area for admin user to respond.
    • ** this would require significant Firebase email support setup (ex. Trigger Email from Firestore extension)
