Remove the blue label bar from all pages sitewide (for example, the ones below that say "journalism" and "propaganda lab publications")

There are some pages we should keep the title bar so users know where they are.
Example: https://mediaengagement.org/announcement/vertical/general/

Without a title bar users wont know what page they are looking at unless they look at the page URL.

My suggestion:

Add a sticky left sidebar with page section links (if the page has sections) for quick navigation. Example: Cursor Blog
