Move About link to top nav and remove from Footer. With sub-nav Kat would like.

Should I make direct changes to the live site for this?

Adding to this - Add "About" to the top bar and make it a drop-down menu like the other top bar options. For now, we can add About Us, Contact Us, Team, and Events. All of those are in the footer currently - let's also leave them in the footer for now.

@DavidLungu You can make the changes on the dev site (https://cmedev.wpengine.com/) and then let Kat know so she can preview it.

I'll also just point out there are 3 separate instances of "Contact Us" all over the page.

@DavidLungu Please add the About Us section to the drop-down (https://mediaengagement.org/about-us/) You can make it the first option in the drop-down. Also please move About to the last spot in the menu after Quiz Creator. Otherwise looks good!

We can take the "Contact Us" off the top section where it's listed next to donate and log in.
