What Happened?

Steps to Reproduce

Open "Web" (Epiphany)
Scroll down to "Languages" in "General" tab
Drag a language row in light mode

Expected Behavior

Dragged text content remains visible just like in dark mode.

OS Version

8.x (Circe)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
