Subtitling and Captioning need to specify the language #354

The classes Subtitling and Captioning should have a property hasLanguage of type Language to specify the Language used in subtitles.
Probably most of the subclasses of MediaResource and of Document should have that property, too. I would propose to add the property to the latter two. Comments?
