According to this blogpost (https://www.mdanalysis.org/blog/ PR #4752) the function MDAnalysis.topology.tables has been deprecated in favor of MDAnalysis.guesser.tables. I have also experienced this myself, and it causes metallicious to stop working as it cant perform that function anymore. (It is called immediately in the code). Are there any plans to update metallicious to incorporate this new version of MDAnalysis?
