A Dracula theme for Beyond Compare 5

Note

I am aware that there's a version for Beyond Compare 4.
The thing is that Beyond Compare 5 introduces a dark mode, which Beyond Compare 4 doesn't have, which means that the current theme doesn't work if dark mode is enabled. In addition to this, themes for Beyond Compare 5 are not backwards compatible with Beyond Compare 4. As a result of this, I made a new version specifically to handle the new features Beyond Compare 5 introduces.

As a side note: I'm not entirely sure why the BC4 repo packages the theme inside a zip archive, so in this new version I'm tracking it as a single XML. In principle this will make it a lot easier to update/maintain as needed moving forward.

I just had a thought: would it be better to rename the repo to just beyond-compare and keep the themes for each version? That way there's no need to have a different repo for each version of the app.
