E-mail messages timing ignores user's timezone #24

It appears that the e-mail messages are not accounting for timezone. I set my reminder for 20:00 and got the message at 15:00

This was my concern when I entered my reminder mail. I.e. will it now the timezone I am in.

I would like to be able to tell/change the timezone I am and receive reminders accordingly.
