Add support for PearAI IDE

Note: they have some problem with binary names on PATH
on windows , they dont set PATH automatically
On linux, they first have this PearAI , then they ask user to set alias for it , i.e pearai
I dont have MacOS. (Dont expect me to buy one, I'm poor)
