As an admin of the repository, I need to be able to manage maps present on the repository.

Implement an admin control panel (password protected) that contains a list of maps (including the ability to filter by unpublished maps) and allows editing any field on the map, as well as publishing/unpublishing maps, saving the changed fields, and deleting the maps from the repository.
