Hi @geelen .

Could you please publish new version with default plugins of postcss-modules-* updated? As you know, current version of these plugins have a problem in common regarding inter-operation with other postcss plugins.

Is there a reason the dependencies here are locked to patch releases of the other modules plugins? Since the css-modules organization owns all of them, there shouldn't be any worries about rogue non-semver releases, right?

Any update on this? I'm running into another issue in a build (with Webpack) trying to use CSS Modules and and CSS Nano together.
