[Bug]: Fails to switch to Printing Effects from Progress Effects

Description of the bug

I have heating and cooling progress effects enabled which work perfectly. When the bed and tool finish heating, the expectation is that the "Print Started' effects in Printing Effects takes over but it does not. Lighting remains on the Heating profile from Progress Effects.

Octoprint 1.10.3 with WLED Connection 0.2.1
