Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Make it possible to easily start the instructlab container from: https://github.com/rhai-code/instructlab-granite-images/blob/main/README.md

Describe the solution you'd like

We will introduce a new page in Podman AI Lab, that allows to easily start the instructLab container.

In the page "Start InstructLab", there will be information about the container and a button that allows to pull and start it.
We will also display information about how to use it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The instructions should be simple ilab command as they will be run in the container shell

@jeffmaury absolutely, these are just dummy instructions, that can be replaced as needed.

Should the actions be on the upper side or on the lower like in other forms (create service ?)

@jeffmaury it would make most sense to have it in the top right corner, you're right. I like it better on the left, since most people read left to right, but it's probably not great to break an existing pattern, too..

Would it also have an empty state, similar to Playgrounds, for example?
And if so, what would it say?

What exactly should it say?

@jeffmaury I created a mock with button on the left; left instructions same for now, as in instructlab-cpu.md

@jeffmaury if there's a command to be copied, the UI should be similar to:

I wonder if there will be pre-requisites, too?
