Any reason for not having a 'max_backups' setting in the DateFileOuputter? #25

Seems to me that RollingFileOutputter and DateFileOutputter should have similar behaviour/settings, date vs sequence number in the filename is the only difference?

Or is there another way to configure a 'RollingDateFileOutputter'?
New to this, so please correct me when I'm wrong.
