Display properly long problem titles on mobile

Describe the bug

Long titles are not displayed properly on mobile - overlaps with the map - see screenshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Depends on #185, and/or reduce title font to fit all content to viewable port when viewing on mobile or truncate too long titles.
