Incomplete read error

Hi,

I am trying to configure Codecov with one of our open source repo on Travis. Here's the build details.

While uploading the coverage files it gives me Incomplete read error.. I am using codecov=1.6.3 with python=2.7

Here's the error message i get.

we're also seeing this periodically (in azure pipelines, previous report appears to be travis)

We're starting to see this on almost 40% of our pull-requests, have to keep retriggering ci to get them running. Note this issue was also reported previously as #158
