Display user profile data on profile page

Context

On the profile page, we should display some information about the user that is logged in.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Make GET request to /users/{user_id} endpoint
[ ] Display user's email, name, username, introduction, and other relevant fields on the page.

Notes:

• This ticket should be implemented after the backend work in [User Registration] Need to Define JSON Spec for User Profile backend#118 is done, and a /users/{user_id} GET endpoint is available.
• There will be separate ticket re: editing this info (PATCH)
