Not clear how to log an issue

As nice as the site is, it isn't perfect.
When someone (like me!) notices an issue, it isn't clear what they should do.

Technically, there is the little Octocat icon in the footer, as part of the social media chicklets, and yes, that does take me here, but I didn't figure that out the fist few times I tried to figure out how to log an issue.

but that is also not at all obvious.

The "Fork me on Gitub" banner that many sites have is a much more straight forward and inviting interface.
Maybe also have a "log an issue" button.
