Colors missing in Windows when using Wishlist to access server #313

Describe the bug
I have a server set up that sends colored text via ssh & stout:

When using wishlist, the color is not relayed to my terminal output:

Setup
Please complete the following information along with version numbers, if applicable.

OS: Windows
Shell: cmd
Terminal Emulator: Windows Terminal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install Wishlist 0.14.1
Use it to ssh into any server which gives back colored text
Use normal ssh commands to access the same server
See difference

Expected behavior
Wishlist should properly display the colors that are sent with the text by the server.
