Integrate Fortran version of hello-numerical-world code?

Back in our original repo (https://github.com/betterscientificsoftware/bssw-tutorial) @haikudeb had provided a PR (betterscientificsoftware/bssw-tutorial#1) to add the Fortran version of the code base. Do we need to get that into this repo? Or has it been overtaken by events?

Its good we have that PR there but I think its fine if we archive the repo still. We can always go back and look at that PR whenever we need it. I like having that code. Maybe I'll pull it into my most recent incarnation of the heat app (giving credit for it of course)...could even make a fortran/C++ mixed code example.
