Issues with Training Documents

I have identified several issues within the training documents provided during my onboarding. Below are the details:

1. Confusion in Creating a New Jira Instance

Description:
The instruction "Create a new Jira instance" was confusing for me. I created an account in Jira with my own personal gmail instead of Bitovi or my organization's email.

2. Quality Issue in Video #2

Description:
In Video #2, at minute 0:09, the quality of the bit about ‘Billing’ is very low and hard to read what is being clicked.

3. UI Changes Since Video #2

Description:
The user interface in Jira has changed since Video #2 was recorded.

Suggestion:
The video should be updated to reflect the current UI OR removed entirely due to Issue #4 below.

4. Default as Premium Account

Description:
It seems that the account is now automatically created as 'Premium' by default. When I followed the video's instructions, it already showed the account as ‘Premium’.
