Illegal char <:> at index 31: c:/bc-java-main/.idea/modules/c:.bc-java-main.test.iml

Where did this error occur? How to solve it?

sorry, but this definitely not one of ours, we don't ship a .idea directory. It sounds like you IntelliJ set up is corrupted.
