[Magister's Terrace] Brightscale Wyrm do not give Energy Infusion buff on death.

Currently Energy infusion is given to other Npcs (boss included) but not to players
Teorically Brightscale Wyrm SmartAI is right. Probably the spell needs a spell correction.

Current Behaviour

The Brightscale Wyrms (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=24761/brightscale-wyrm) do not give the Energy Infusion (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=44406/energy-infusion) buff when killed.
They instead give each other the buff.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The Brightscale Wyrms should give the Energy infusion (up to 25 stacks) to nearby party members upon their death.
The wyrms should not buff each other when they die

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Enter MgT
2. Clear trash up to the Brightscale Wyrms (in front of 2nd boss)
3. Pull a few of them and kill them
4. Observe the buff be applied on the other wyrms instead of the party members
