bootstrap node with chef-client

• install chef-client via:
  • RPM/Omnitruck API (e.g. http://docs.opscode.com/api_omnitruck.html)
  • RPM/Manual (e,g. http://www.getchef.com/chef/install/)
• Dynamically populate /etc/chef/client.rb
• Bake /etc/chef/validation.pem validate key for organization into bootstrap image.
  • This can be injected at instance spin up via Heat template parameter
• Initial run-list for node? (via chef-client -j)
