We're investigating - in the meantime you can install the extension from one of our recent CI builds:

To install the extension, download the file, unzip it and install it in VS Code by selecting "Install from VSIX..." in the Extensions view.

from the command line.

Yes, it turns out this was a mistake in Microsoft's side and they are working on fixing it: microsoft/vsmarketplace#1113
