pay attention that we can do #4 easily later on. So make sure that shit is coded in seperate methods

Current functionality allows to import fc files that were converted with Filedbreader.

To import an fc file directly, run FileDBReader, then open the result.
To just import dummies, import the entire thing, but don't set the current file yet. Then override dummies on the current File.
