PRs not showing linked workitems

• Extension version: 0.2.2
• VSCode Version: 1.89.1
• OS: Windows 10

Issue desciption:
On existing pull requests it does not show linked work items. These items are showing up on de web interface of azure devops.
I have not tried this with creating a PR from the plugin directly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install extension
2. Login
3. View pull request
