<h2>2. Dream Planner (3D)</h2>
<p>Objective : To plan and design a bird's eye view of a given type of building using the materials provided
</p>
<p>No. of Participants : 3-4 members in a group
</p>
<h4>Registration fees: ₹20 per member
</h4>

<li>All necessary items will be provided.
</li>
<li>Pen, pencil and other stationary items are to be brought by the participants.
</li>
<li>Maximum time allotted is 2 hours.
</li>
<li>The models will be evaluated on the basis of design, aesthetics and convenience.
</li>
<li>Results will be declared during the closing ceremony.
</li>
<li>Decision of the judges will be final.
</li>
