Verificar todos os métodos do PayPal
Implementá-los de forma padronizada (o mais perlish possível, utilizando medidas internacionais ao invés de norte-americanas - ex: nunca utilizar lb, substituir por kg, etc)
Definir como será possível escolher entre NVP, SOAP, etc (ou mesmo, se será possível);
