Which scope/s are relevant/related to the feature request?

Information

The @analogjs/platform:vitest builder/executor is no longer used and has been replaced by @analogjs/vitest-angular:test.

The old builder will be removed and optionally provide a migration to update to the new one.

Describe any alternatives/workarounds you're currently using

I would be willing to submit a PR to fix this issue
