Allow to “drop” some tracks via the metadata file

Add a feature allowing to write stuff like

d1,3-5 = yes

… to tell the script to skip tracks (1, 3, 4 and 5 in that example).
Similar to the thing used to set specific artists on a per-track basis.

Should we shift track numbers along, or keep them as-is with “holes”?
