Build docker images and publish them (to GitHub or DockerHub):

"Normal" Image
jlink-image (was not working; may be fixed first)
native-image (was not working; may be fixed first)

Will use DockerHub.

GitHub has way to less bandwidth, when an image is around ~250MB
