dotnet build - The author primary signature's timestamp found a chain building issue: UntrustedRoot: self signed certificate

Since three days our dotnet builds starts to fail. With the error

error NU3028: Package 'System.Drawing.Common 4.7.0' from source 'https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json': The author primary signature's timestamp found a chain building issue: UntrustedRoot: self signed certificate in certificate chain

This seems to be cause of this issue NuGet/Announcements#49 witch needs to be fixed within the runner docker container.

Is there anything I can do to fix this with changes in the configuration?
