Editor: save and tree icons are superposed in i18n languages

Description

In the block editor, some of the icons are layered on top of each other on mobile, when the user's locale is set to French. This may also happen with other languages.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Load https://playground.wordpress.net/?language=fr_FR to start a fresh install of WP with the language set to French
2. Go to + > Article to open the block editor
3. Notice the overlapping icons

Hi @jeherve,

Thank you for bringing this up. I followed the instructions provided in the issue description and was able to successfully reproduce the issue. The “Save Draft” button overlaps with the tree view icon. I believe this is not a language-specific issue, as it also occurs in the English version. However, the issue does not appear in Chrome.
