MT7921K fails to connect as a Wi-Fi client to AP using upper 6 GHz channels

WLAN Pi M4 with MT7921K Wi-Fi adapter fails to associate as a Wi-Fi client (using wpa_supplicant) to a Wi-Fi 6E AP on upper 6 GHz channels. Tested with kernel 5.19 and 6.1.3 and the latest MT7921 firmware.

Pass - successful connection to AP using this channel
Fail - WLAN Pi fails to associate when the AP uses this channel
