WLAN Pi M4 crashes on boot with MT7921K Wi-Fi adapter #7

Steps to reproduce the issue

connect PoE power or USB-C power source to WLAN Pi M4
it crashes with solid green ACT LED
display backlight is illuminated, no content is shown on the display, and it is white

With Intel AX210 it works just fine.

Tested with latest 7921 firmware as of Jan 4th as well as 6.2 Kernel, was still able to duplicate issue.
