Describe the bug
The Vscodevim extension isn't loading when I want to record or stream with Obs Studio or when I was using vscode solo

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
From 10 times I open vscode, 2 times it's not loading and I can't type anything

Expected behavior
It should be loaded and work correctly but It doesn't

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.29.0(Latest)
  • VSCode version: 1.96.3(Latest)
  • OS: Windows 11
