Describe the bug

A chip cannot be dismissable and active at the same time.

What libraries are you seeing the problem on?

Mobile Library, Desktop Library

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to chip component
  2. Activate closable and selected properties

Expected behavior

A closable chip should not be able to be selected
