Create a VC to hold all metadata associated with an Issuer DID

An Issuer will be able to self-issue a VC to define any metadata associated with the corresponding Issuer DID. For example, this single VC will contain:

• background.color
• text.color
• hero.url
• hero.alt
• thumbnail.url
• thumbnail.alt
• issuerName

The VC can be used to define default values so users can create credential manifests faster, and will be retrieved as a GET request where ?issuer={issuerDID}
