Add mass issuance, suspension and revoke functionality

Add a way for the user to select multiple Credentials at a time to do mass issuance, revocation and suspension. For issued credentials, the data will be uniform and issued to multiple Holders. The only difference will be the DIDs representing the subject of the Credential. Mass revocation and suspension can be done with a UI checkbox input, with no additional considerations.
