whenever i use this, it automatically opens a new tab, then closes immediately. i have clicked it before but all the numbers start from 15- 42. would i have to clear something for it to open in the same tab? or should i just convert 15=1?

you'd need to run it from within a terminal to see the output properly.
in your cmd window, try replacing start with py.
my best guess for why you can't see higher than 15 is because that's how big your terminal window is.
