The flying saucer mouse pointer is a good start, but it really needs some sort of fading trail of stars or similar that follows the pointer when you move it. Ideally this should be implemented in the most cancerous javascript possible, that consumes 100% CPU and makes your browser grind to a halt to produce such an effect.
