Add Judge Awards Interface, Display

• Allow nominations for each of the three awards
• Store Winners for each division/Award
• (Optionally) Allow in-app voting?

Each scoring page will have a "nominate" button which will bring up a list of 3 buttons/switches. You can toggle nominations for each of the 3 awards per team, but only one of each type of nomination per device.

At the end of the competition there will be a screen which shows all of the nominations by division. There will either be an admin view which allows you to simply select one from those nominated for that division, or maybe some sort of built in voting system.

I'm thinking that a voting system may be too complex.

The selected winners will be automatically displayed in the scoreboard in some way.
